Question Mystery stripper clips....looking for info

Along with a cyq P-38 I recently picked up, I got a pair of stripper clips, and have no idea what they're for. They hold 8 rds of 9mm (possibly other sizes as well), appear chrome plated, and are marked "O 51" on the back.
I'd sure appreciate any info as to origin, and use of these clips.
    Thanks in advance.

Those are Czechicon military surplus strippers, for use on a CZ SMG, can't recall the model number. What's the headstamp on the ammo?

No real value at all. Not collectible and no real use for them.

Might work in a Steyr (Hahn) M1912? Would be really handy for loading those pistols if they fit.
