Mr Haywood - I decided to accept the refund as, having been told I am unable to be at the fair on the last day, you seemed totally unwilling to deliver the rifle to my RFD at the Game Fair despite me giving you his stand number, but expect him to come hunting you down when he is not involved in this purchase.

Your reaction to me suggesting that we try to meet after you have broken your stand down was to throw your toys out of the pram, not suggest an alternative but to immediately decide to make the refund.

You have been making all the mention of delivery times since our discussion started in February when obviously (now) you have absolutley no control over the supply chain and are in no way able to guarantee any delivery time at all. you have created a false expectation and then twice failed to deliver.

I am only aware of the reality of your supply chain issues since talking to you earlier this week - as said above, it is not something you discussed or chose to mention up front when you said you needed my deposit urgently to get me a rifle within two weeks or that you have voluntarily communicated since - I know I am not the only waiting customer to have had this experience.

I cannot do business in that way.

Now the issue is, having said you are sending a refund then ignoring both my mail and text yesterday giving you the details as to where to send the payment and by when (including an immediate payment option, which has not happened yet), are you going to "nut up, or shut up"?

Again Andy you need to get your facts straight before you start accusing me of things you received and responded to the emai below on 10 May. I am happy to keep posting responses to your accusations but it's getting a little childish as you have your refund. I stated very clearly that I was unable to leave my stand as I can not leave firearms unattended and do no leave it for the three days. Far from throwing my toys out of the pram I have decided I'd rather supply genuine enthusiasts (albeit with a delay that while people may not be altogether happy with - they are aware of and fully understanding of) rather than supply you.

"Not direct but their Agent thinks they are suffering about a six week delay. I'm chasing him daily but I'm loathe to start kicking him too hard as he's almost my only source of bits.
Happy to do whatever you recommend.*
    Best
    Gavin"
