Some help with these markings please....?

Good day gentlemen,

Does someone know who these flip safeties were made by and whether they were WWII or post WWII?
1) H.T.
2) N.
3) P in a circle

Also I know that Eaton Pond / Inland type 4 mag catches are marked E.I. but I've seen one marked EI (or E| dont remember) without the dots. Is this possible as well?

Hmmm the edit feature is not working so I have to double post: I meant to say I have seen E.I. marked type 3 (not 4) mag catches. So would a EI (without dots) type 4 mag catch be authentic?
