    Is this guy for real?

Since there has been some recent talk about the M2, I found the same seller on gunbroker and ebay with different names selling this M2 housing as USGI. Is he legit or just another humper of repops?

I once heard an AF General make the following statement: "Sometimes you see things that are JNR." (Just Not Right)

I think what makes me "think" is the write-up... Would love to see clearer pictures...

    Does anyone know the seller?

Yea the pictures are pretty dubious. Also another thing to chew on. The seller goes on to state that there are some Underwood m2 housings as well....which I find pretty fishy since there is barely enough metal there for the 9 spring cuts. hmmm

I offered a stock and made the mistake of stating it had no M2 cut out on a Ebay auction, It was jerked.
Another stock jerked because I brought up the 'Barrel channel'
Certain keywords send up red flags . Competitors and Johhny Do Goods who have nothing better to do than narc to the E-police about a item.
Been seeing a lot of Ebay carbine parts getting pulled.
Odds are they'll catch this one.
If not........... Good for the seller.

Neither am I. This guy appears to me to be very legit - offering more detailed specifics on his item than 99% of other listings. It is what it is and he makes sure you know exactly what you are buying. I can't ask for any more than that. Why would anybody hump an M2 housing? I am convinced these things are arsenal upgrades of real USGI WWII M1icon housings that have been warehoused for 50 years and I'm surprised you don't see more of them for sale than we do. JMHO
