    .284WIN brass discontinued!!??!!

I had some .284 brass backordered from WHOLESALE SPORTS, and they finally called to say that it is a discontinued product! Better grab it while you can, as the GRAF 7.5x55 isn't exactly easy to find, either. I don't know what to do, what with six Swissicon rifles to feed! AARRGGHH!

I'm pretty sure they got it wrong. Winchester makes it in batches as demand indicates and they are likely out of it right now, not forever. That having been said, now that 6.5/284 brass is available, as is 7.5x55, demand is down and the day could soon come when they stop manufacturing it. At that point, odd as it sounds, the few 284 shooters out there will need to neck up 6.5/284.

I TOTALLY agree! WS service sucks, I ordered $300.00+ worth of bullets, brass, etc. from them, and actually got about 75$ worth of the order, some of the items did appear 10 months later........ And I thought only I had problems with them.

Wolf Gold 7.5X55 is good ammo with boxer primers and you don;t have to reform.

I only use the .284 in my 1889, because the different headstamp and rebated rim makes it easier to distinguish from my K31icon ammo. Otherwise I use Privi-Partizan brass.
