No, cancel that. It is kanji 367 "kori" or "hyo", both with the sense of "ice".

"pure" "ice" "room" - I'm beginning to get the feeling that this is simply an advertising banner for an ice-cream parlor!

And the last one, top right, is (in sloppy handwriting) kanji 338 "yo" = good
