    Talking 1942 Long Branch MK1* ($2,720.00 !!)

How's this for an auction price of a 1942 Long Branch MK1*

    http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/List...x?id=147556561

    Unfired NZ Issue #IV MK1* .303

Current bid: $2,720.00 Closed: 9:31 pm, Fri 4 Apr 2008

Brand new 1942 Long Branch MK1*.

The bulk of the original packing grease removed so it can be "cleanly" handled.

    All matching serials.

Unlikely you'd find a better example. Is the only rifle I've seen with the NZ armourer's final (release) inspection tag attached.
Reluctantly offered for sale to help finance the new family home.
Purchased from the army by my father in 1975 for $14, was wondering what it is worth now.

A very rare opportunity to own a mint condition & unfired NZ issue .303.
    Regards,
    Badger
