    Can You identify this canteen?

I have a pair of these canteens that don't fit in my collection. I have no idea of what they are so would appreciate any information that could help me identify them. One is in the carrier the other doesn't have one - absolutely no markings anywhere,

Look to be early Israeli. Later ones were marked with Hebrew symbols....Might have been for Kibbutz Defense forces, Not for IDF.

I have started looking up IDF equipment and have found one picture showing a canteen with the same cap, but the picture is not clear - I need to keep searching for a better picture to confirm.
    Thanks for the lead.
