I was wondering why so many people look down on the Bavarian carbines. I know collectors want everthing just as was from mfg. Also if the carbine has had germain V sights that Austriaicon removed and replaced with the update sliding sights. Yes you have some solder remaining on the front of receiver, but if rifle is in good shape and you want it for a shooter not caring about a collector rifle. I would think that this would indicate that the carbine has some background to it. The prices have gone out of sight on some of these carbines. This one is 7 bills but I can't seem to find any thing a lot cheaper. The CMPicon Forums have carbines for sale some times but they sell so fast that I don't have time to check out in my books. Then you get one that has a price on it for $ 650.00 that takes 2-3 days to sell and I wonder why , what's wrong. Very confusing to me.
Can anybody give me some advice
PLEASE
Dick
