    No. 32 scopes

I know there's a thread devoted to mismatched 4T components, but figured I'd try here as well. Does anyone out there have either of these rifles?

    Both are M47 or M47C and dated (I believe) '43 and '44.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. No exact matches I'm afraid. Several closeish, & I also have AU 9083. You can't get much closer than that......

There is a matching service on this site too if you look at the index.

Give us the scope numbers and I'll see what I have recorded. I have one or two

If these attachments come out correctly (first time I have done this on this site) I would like to know if anyone knows where and when this repo scope was made? Thanks,

Your scope can was purchased from Numrich in the USAicon. There appears to be two manufacturers of the cans, one in Europe and the other in the "Pacific rim".

Just wanted to add, and please remove it if not acceptable here, I have a couple spare scope cans for the 32 scopes and they are excellent REPRO cans. If anyone is interested or wants more info, just send me a PM.... I use them for my spare scopes at the present.
