Smile Is this NORMAL, or did I just get LUCKY?

Just picked up my Yugoicon M59 from the UPS Center. WOW! This is the SWWWWEEEEEETTTest looking gun I have seen. Purchased it from AIM, would suggest anyone looking for a PRIME SKS to add to their collection order one now while you can. This is the FIRST milsurp I have purchased that is NOT going to require a 2 week cleaning of cosmolineicon. This is covered with a fine coating of gun oil, that a simple wipe down will take care of in no time.
I’ll add pics later tonight after work. Untill then go order yours NOW!
Stock photo from add (mine looks better)

Just picked this up from UPS tonight. I can’t wait until this weekend to give it a go!

Is it an M59 or just an M59/66 that has had the grenade launcher and sights removed?

It's one of the newer, made from parts, for export, M59. Not the original first run M59, but good enough for me.

This thing definitely started life as a 59/66. front end is a dead giveaway.

From what I have seen the current SKS's seem to be "better" than previous lots. Like all I think the Russians were smart selling off the lower quality guns first and now much better quality rebuilds seem to be showing up.
Why use a 50 pound bomb when a 500 pound bomb will do?
