    Trigger group

Was doing some detailed cleaning of my carbine and I noticed a "bursting bomb" on my trigger group. Just forward of the trigger guard. Is that an unusual marking! Springfield?

Many early trigger housings by several manufacturers have a bomb somewhere. Underwood stamped a bomb all of their trigger housings on the bottom of the trigger guard.
