A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. The stock is not original to your SP carbine. The OI is for an Inland stock and the hand guard was made for IBM. The STD stamp means the carbine went through a rebuild post war at Standard Products. The barrel is a replacement as SP stopped carbine production a month before the barrel was made.

Hand guard is correct for a Standard Products, they are marked S-HB.
