    You are are bidding on 1 WW2 Non- Firing, Britishicon LEE-ENFIELD Replica Bolt Action Infantry Rifle made by the Denix Corp. This LEE-ENFIELD Rifle is Brand New in the box and it is made in Spain.

    This item is for display and collection purposes only. This item can not be converted to shoot a lethal round or projectile. This item has a permanent blazed orange plug in the end of the barrel.

    The original Lee-Enfield bolt action infantry rifle was the main firearm used by the military forces of the British during the first half of the 20th century. It was the British's Army standard rifle from its official adoption in 1895 until 1957. The Lee-Enfield used the .303 British cartridge and the rifle became known simply as the 303. It was also used by the military forces of Canadaicon, India, and South Africa among others.
    This Non-Firing Replica features a real solid wood stock. The rifle itself is made from a black metal alloy. The bolt action will slide back and the magazine is removable. This Replica Lee-Enfield Rifle has a weight of about 7 pounds, it is 45 inches long and when you handle it you will feel likes its the real deal! This is a great item for war reenactment or a collectors piece.

    I saw something very similar for sale in a shop in St Mere Eglise Normanday a few years back but did not pay it much attention, I don't recall it having an orange nose band but the law has changed since then, obviously aimed at re-enactors.

    Interesting to see the list that it complies with, always wondered what the restrictions were.
    So if I shove an orange plastic plug in both ends of a barrel, I should be able to sell it on Ebay?
