Question Uncommon Finnish capture M91/30 front sight

I had picked up this Finnishicon captured M91/30 Mosin Nagant earlier in the month. The one thing I noticed is that front sight was originally a Sovieticon hooded sight that was modified into a winged sight. I've seen this modification before and looking at the tool marks with a magnifying glass, it looks like an old modification dating back to when the Mosin was rebuilt by the Finnish.

I have seen this before on a few Finnish M91/30's. I am asking if anyone knows if this kind of modification was known to have been done at a particular AV?

Yep, that's a known Finnishicon 'adjustment', but it isn't known if it was done in the field or by depots.
