last hot tip of 2011, how to remove grip bushings from a 1911

heres my last tip of the year, how to remove the grip screw bushings from a 1911 without destroying the holes as they are staked inside.
use a #16 drill, and drill through the center, you can then screw the bushing out and save the threads in the frame.
when polishing the frame on 1911,s the spring guide and bushings should be removed,
