A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Great eye…

I never realized people spent so much time wandering around viewing all the details on our site.

The banner logo is deceiving, because the pic used in it is a "green screen" drop in. The pic was lifted from this MKLicon article.

1945 Enfield No.4 Mk1*(T) Long Branch Sniper Rifle (click here)

Notice how part of the green encroaches up into the bottom of the butt area? As a result, the graphics designer who created our logo had to "fill" (photoshop) the green area with wood so that there wasn't a cut-out there. The result is an appearance that the sling is attached further forward than it is.

Remind me to partner up with you the next time there's a observation contest on the go someplace and their giving out prizes.

    Regards,
    Doug

This is Ned you're talking about Bindii, he reminds me of that old cattle dog whose only joy in life is snapping at car tyres, until finally, with his last remaining tooth, he penetrates the sidewall, slinking off into his kennel with a grin from ear to ear.
