Cool Junk in the trunk or what you find cleaning up

I found five bags of these at the bottom of an old trunk in the shed. It's taken me two years to empty that shed and the things I found amazed me over and over. I don't remember buying this brass.

I overheard an older gentleman in the huddle house one morning, talking quietly to his old war buddy, that when his Dad passed away a few weeks ago, He found $15,000.00 in cash and unrolled .50cent pieces & quarters. Thier Dad had always told them the springs were broken, and it couldn't be moved from the guarage. Well, seeing the bumber nearly on the ground, and the front wheels nearly off the ground, he just went out to open the trunk and get out the jack to see if he could finally get around to fixing it..... "Immagine his supprise!"
Yeah, the stuff you find cleaning out a trunk...LOL, sure would be nice I suppose, "I aint been that lucky yet" most I ever found was a spare baseball glove, and I thought that was really cool. Guess I should have looked harder, or more often....

I second that. They are a blast to shoot, though I dont own one. That sealed bag must have been really sealed well. Looks factory new to me.

The box was put in there around '04 with a bunch of hand loading tools and supplies from a friends garage after he passed. Also two 4 gal buckets of unprotected '50 and '60 3006 GI and 7.62X51 LC brass that are filthy. Sealed bags are no problem. Or maybe I just went out and bought 500 pcs of expensive and hard to find brass because recycle prices are so good by the pound. LOL
