The Para bag is a Korean war era Para drop bag for the M1icon Garand. There common and still many around. I have one I use for trips to go shooting. There realy well made and heavy duty.
Is there a name on the zipper on the Medic's bag?

If your belt has light alloy buckle, it's a late WWII sample. If brass, korean war.
