    Serial Number ID

First off, hello! I'm new to this forum and am looking forward to learning about MILSURP rifles and ammo. I'll try to get my learning curve started with a question. Has anyone seen a Mosin 91/30 serial number like this? I know (or I THINK I know) that it's a Tula refurb but I haven't been able to find an example of a Mosin serial number with a - in it. Thanks for any light you can shed on this!

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I've not seen it before, but if I had to guess, I'd say when it was stamped, the last 2 digits were stamped too far away from the rest of the number so the dash was added to highlight that the s/n is more than 3 digits.
