    Just shot mine for the first time today. Afghan bringback. Put two rounds of Remington and two rounds of the circa 1890s Kynoch. One of the Kynoch rounds had a quick click-bang, but the other was excellent. I am very pleased with the smoothness and lack of shoulder thump from the rifle. I can see why the Frenchicon used it for so long (not withstanding poor planning from substandard leadership). Can't be happier!

    The were issued to the Berlin Police Reserve in the 1970´s, so must be fairly safe for present day use.
