    Russian Front Hard covers

    My last 2 hard-cover finds:

    'Hell's Gate:Cherkassy Pocket 1944' by Douglas Nash,ISBN 0-9657584-3-5
    2005 RZM Publishing.
This is an exhaustive day by day account of this brutal battle.Recommended
    highly,a little sparse on pictures.

'Blood and Iron' by CG Sweeting,2004 Brassey's isbn 1-57488-796-3

Another in-depth telling of a great battle, better illustrated than the previous book but not as detailed in narrative and research.Recommended.

I love the big hard covers but buy only a few now, space is getting to be a problem.
