Question Parker Hale 16 G Fits What?

I have a PH 16 G in nice condition. The 16s were fitted to many small bore rifles. The basic sight is the same but the shape of the lower body and the size and position of the mounting screws varies with the suffix letter. Anyone know for what rifle is the 16G? Thanks.

16F= For fitting on the left side bolt runway of the SMLE by drilling and tapping
