Use the foaming bore cleaner let it sit for an hour then run a round patch with a 8mm jag then repeat several times. All of the blue color that comes out is copper fouling.
I used to use Hoppes and a brush but I find the foam to be more effective and I don't have to worry about possible damage from the brush.

Hoppes No. 9 will remove copper wash. Just swab up the bore with a dripping wet patch and let it set overnight. Watch out for ammonia based solvents, you do not use them overnight.

Thanks guys. Gunslick foam bore cleaner did a good job. I let it sit in the bore for 50~60 minutes and the blue liquid came out. After cleaning the bore, the copper fouling was gone.
I love my Portuguese K98icon. I got 2nd for 100M and 3rd for 200M from yesterday club competition and I've only shot twice before. All my bullets hit the targets inside 5 ring. I was happy enough considering I'm a novice shooter.
