    1917 Erfurt kar98 bring back.

Purchased this 1917 Erfurt from a fellow at the gun show this weekend. He told me that he didnt have any idea what it was, and that the only thing he did know about it was that his grandfather brought it back from the Argonne. After which it sat in his closet for close to 30 years. I generally take these stories with a grain of salt, but I believe he was telling the truth. I paid the princely sum of $100 for this rifle. About the only thing I need for it is a stacking rod. Here are some pics!

Incidentally, if anyone has or knows where a stacking hook for this rifle might be found, it would be highly appreciated!
