Why are there 22 bids on this canteen & cover?

I can't figure out what is so special about the canteen or cover in this eBay auction.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Probably not so much that it is special, just that there are several ebay members that don't know how to bid and they are bidding in tiny increments. There are only 5 or so bidders, one is responsible for about half the bids.

Seems a bit high to me but I'm no expert on canteens, just what I see selling from time to time.
