Thanks for the resource, Jon! I found that same website last weekend and emailed them my interest in buying, but I haven't gotten a response yet; it's been 4 days. I might just drive down, they're only an hour and a half away from where I live!

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Ok guys, here she is (with all her imperfections). This is my first attempt at gun photography so go easy on me! Anyways, I tried to get a pretty good picture of the mysterious markings (the one close-up I did of the end of the magazine box) the markings I'm referring to are the ones that are half covered by the stock. Any info on those? Also, where the lacquer type finish is worn, a yellowish wood grain is observed. Could this be Italianicon walnut? The bluing on this gun is well worn, especially on the barrel, retaining maybe 10% (but for the price I paid for her I could look past that). I attached the 1898 bayonet just for a bonus. So with this mediocre photography, can you guys give me any further information/ feedback on my rifle? Thanks for looking!
