I was wondering if someone could tell me if this is listed as an N.R.A. Sporter (Serial #1273374). It has a Griffin & Howe sidemount but no other modifications or upgrades, at least it looks that way to my untrained eye. Any help or guidance is very much appreciated.

Thank you for the information. Is a Special Target rifle the same as or similar to the NM rifles?
