Lower Barrel Band Bolt Mark III

Good Afternoon. Just purchased my first Ross after 38 years of waiting. Beautiful rifle with just one small issue. Bubba used a long brass bolt for the lower band. It was jammed but I was able to extract it with no damage. Now I need to replace. Quick search on line was a NO-GO via the usual shops. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Randy

What model of Ross? A 1905 or a Mk III (1910)? You are just looking for the screw that holds the band on from underneath?

These are standard number screw threads. The worst case is that you find someone to make you a dimensioned drawing of the correct screw and get someone with a lathe to cut it. The screw can be heat blued with a torch to desired colour. I have made seveal of them.
