    Problem Removing Front Sight Assembly

I need some sort of tool to remove the front sight assembly of a Winchester P14. I am the middle of a restoration project but am stalled by the front sight assembly. I have soaked it in solvents and tried to remove it by brass hammer but no luck.

And Yes I did remove the pin on at the base of the sight.

Fleabay you have to grind it out a bit to fit the 17 barrel diameter.

Well I looked it up and they also sell 1917 Enfield Front sight removal tool Free shipping Made in USAicon.
The seller doesn't ship out of the country and I can't contact him.
I will probably have to make something to do the job.
I'll check out other eBay sellers for similar tools to do the job.
