Huet 1905 French/British WW1 Binoculars

Hi,
Hoping someone can put me onto someone or something, that will solve my problem. I have acquired a lovely pair of these early Huet bino's, everything is great, leather, view, range finder and adjustment. All except for the metal plates that afix to the sides of the Bino's, for distance reference have been removed.
I have some good images for the missing plates, and I'm open to idea's, I would really like to finish the restoration, and if on the off chance someone has some please get in touch.
Otherwise any idea's on how to reproduce them would be appreciated. I remember as a lad you could get model railway signs reproduced, does this service still exsist and is anyone aware of anyone, all help much appreciated
