Saginaw S.G. front sights

I'm looking for an uncut Saginaw S.G. front sight or at least one measuring not less than .315 from base to tip as a replacement for one that was cut way too short. Am I looking for the proverbial "needle in the haystack" or are they more common than I suspect? Or should I just "JB Weld" some material to the top and start filing? Thanks, Dennis

Why not just ask in the WTB forum here? There's a few here that seem to have that sort of thing in their pants' pocket...
