Photo of 1874 Gras bolt stop screw

Hoping that one of you Gras owners can help me out.

I've got an 1874 Gras with a missing bolt stop screw. No luck in the past few years trying to locate a replacement. I got the specs for the screw from Kelt and sent same to Evans screws. Scott at Evans has requested a picture of the screw.

Anyone able to post or PM me a photo of your 1874 Gras bolt stop screw...out of the rifle?

    Thanks.

I don't even have a very good one of the screw IN the rifle. Best so far...:

Might be a while before I could do more.

    Try 1/4x24 UNS

Don't assume it has to be a metric size!

    Try 1/4x24 UNS.

That works in my Chassepot*, which is probably has the same screw as the Gras. The Chassepot is rather worn - one of my "beat the collectors" specials - outside yeuch, inside fine. So if it is a bit tight in your rifle, you may need to rub down the top of the thread a bit - the original has a very rounded crest.
