Question Help identifying marks on surplus .30-06 spam can

Anyone recognize this spam can? I've never seen one before, and am curious as to its origin and vintage.

Standard M2 150 gr. ball ammo. Made at Twin Cities in 20 round boxes, non-corrosive made about mid 50's. Should be real good 30-06.
