"DA" Marked Ross rifles; Serial number listing from HMS Canada

I have bayonet DA 265. Bayonet was not reground to a sharp point as was typically done for those used in France. Scabbard was modified by the British with a P1888 mouth and the leather stained black. Bayonet is dated 12/14. Scabbard is dated 1909.
