    mosin stripper clips

    Is there a copy or image out there from a russian military manual showing the use of the stripper clips? I cant seem to find one.

    Problem with these clips is availability of originals. They were around, and no one cared. Now they're wanted and most are reproductions. I've had problems with the bolt action not co-operating and one firer took the very tip off his thumb loading...that hurt. The TT rifle wasn't so bad. Shot nicer too...it's a matter of getting some that work and treating them like gold I think. If one can get older Russianicon clips it might be worth it.

    One of the vids shows that I think, the problem we were having was tightness of ammo in the clip. They wouldn't give, too tight. The new silver ones.
