Hxp is of Greek origins and is good stuff. Last I found cost me .50/round about a year and a half ago.
Non corrosive boxer primed reloadable cases.
Bullet weight is 174 grains and flat based but it's not a Mk 7. It has no nose filler, just a plain lead core and is a bit shorter( about 1/8'' IIRC) than a Mk.7 bullet.
Have yet to chronograph any so MV is unknown.
Accuracy is excellent from my low mileage '44 BSA No.4 T but only so so with my well worn ex-Indian T.
Killed 3 deer with it last season and judging by the size of the exit wounds terminal ballistics are very close to that of the Mk.7.

It's P367xx. Closest one I've seen to date was 3 or 4 digits off. Probably should've bought it just for that reason.
Mine should have some flavor of Mk.III scope but it appears to be one that was overhauled and put into storage as it has replacement wood but lacks a scope s/n on the wrist. All other markings are present and as I said appears to have seen little use.
I robbed the Mk.II off the old ex-Indian T so I could shoot a couple deer with it last season then cleaned it up and put it away till I happen across the correct scope. Then I'll take it up to Brian at BDLicon LTD to be matched up.
