Do Colt .45 accessories fit on a newish colt .38 super?

Hi guys, sorry if this is a bit off track for the Mil forum but this is my only gun forum.
Tale of woe: My custom Doublestar frame / colt slide .38 super 1911 was stolen. I want another, and have lots of ammo for it.
I purchased a collection from an estate that had many 1911 custome parts, extended mag wells, polished beaver tails, hammers, triggers, mags, all good stuff. What I think I might do is buy a stock Colt 1911 in .38 super, seem to be around for $850, then use my parts to purdy it up.
So the question is, are these 1911 aftermarket accessories, triggers, hammers, beavertails, mag wells (likely not) and other frame and belo parts generally interchangeable?

I have pretty good mid level gunsmithing abilities (ok to roll eyes) but have not been into a 1911, trigger and hammer changes easy enough, or not so much.

    Thank you in advance.

Yes 1911 trigger and hammer changes are easy...? Do you mean stoning and altering them? That part's different.

Ok thanks, same with beavertails and extended mag wells in terms of easy to change ? No, just changing parts for the most part to slick the appearance up since i have the parts, not really looking to do much else. I think I also have some polished safeties as well.
