Please help ID this M1 helmet

I have this helmet, M310 heat code. I assume it has been refurbished, it has late chinstrap and the liner that came with is newer. Rear seam, pinch welds every few inches around the rim. I am debating on whether to part with it so I would like to know about it before I make a decision.
    Thanks!

    Forgive the random lighting!
