    my type 18 Murata

This one is pretty nice, intact mum and a beautiful bore. The metal has zero rust and pitting and the bolt, while mismatched functions 100%.

I do have to come clean however. I had to manufacture a cleaning rod from photos on Nambu world and a repro Swissicon Vetterli rod. I fire-formed some Bertram Gras brass (which I had to turn the rims just a nibble to chamber well and will shoot it when the weather suits my clothes (my apologies to Harry Nilsson). My list of "hard-to-find, harder-to-afford" is getting smaller!
