    Bren Transit Chest Easy Project

OK, Ill Try again. But DEFO Bren related this time!.....

I have for swap/exchange. A Wooden Bren Transit chest. One hasp is missing, but the other IS there. So you have a pattern to copy!
The important looped swivel Plates are BOTH present! That's the more difficult of the two to make!

Some person at some time, has removed most of the internal fittings to put a Germanicon MG34 in this chest!
However, some of the fittings have been loosely tossed inside the chest.

It is painted internally with the orange paint finish. & repainted a green NATO flat finish externally.

The 'Bumper Bar' strip of wood at the front is missing. A Very easy job to replace!

BOTH rope handles are present, & in good usable condition.
The complete chest is in excellent sound & very usable condition!

It would NOT take a lot of work to make up a flat section hasp & roll the axis pin end.
If you have access to another chest, you could EASILY copy the few block fitting's that are missing!

Time is my Enemy on this one. Or I would do the work myself!

Right, I wish to Exchange/ Swap this chest for an O.M.L 2" Mortar bore brush & folding wooden handle assembly.

I think you might agree, this is a MORE than Fair Deal?.......
