    Late war walther p38s

Is there any significant drop in quality with the 1945 p38s in the walther or Mauser factory? I know that spreewerk did lack quality near the end of production but I haven't heard much about walther or Mauser p38s late war. What would be a fair price for an ac45 vet bring back in near perfect condition? Also, does the fact that there were only about 32,000 made from walther in 1945 add value?
    -thanks
