I purchased 90L8254/192-C at RIA last September. The rifle is in new condition, all matching with Canadianicon No. 8 MK.2 scope case and harness, Canadian marked BA 8735 transit case (numbered to rifle), WWI dated U.S. M1907 sling and oil bottle in the original wax paper envelope. Just sold 90L8156/187-C at RIA. It was also was also in near new condition, all matching, with Canadian transit case. I fired that rifle on one occasion and was able to get consistent .75" three-shot groups at 100 yards from a sandbag rest.

    90L Series Update

Here's one that is missing for your records.

I picked up 1945 dated 90L8159 last year. I am looking for scope 201-C as it is currently mated to a 1945 dated AK&S Mk 3. It has a matching mag and Savage rear sight and has been seriously well cared for since service. Ping me if you need any more details as I am happy to share.

Yes that one is hard to tell. The scope is a 1945 mk3 serial 55C
The rifle appears to be 11L2635 or else 11L6235, depending on if you look at the rifle or the scope bracket. The number on the wrist appears to have been tampered with.

    It's almost certainly 71L0xxx

It's tragic that the rings have been so crudely renumbered.

I manipulated the /contrast/ ect of the photo and believe that the gun is 71L0235

As a note, if it is 71L0235 that is the lowest found or reported 71L block serial number.
