Commercial Loads for 96 Swedish Mauser - too Hot?

I have a 96 Swedishicon Mauser in good condition that I shoot my own reloads in without a problem.

Recently a friend gave me several boxes of Norma 6.5x55 139 gr, muzzle vol 2788, & FP 2402

Are these rounds too hot to shoot in my 96?

    Thanks

I don't think so, they would load them with all these including the M42 GB in mind. They can't be blowing up rifles...
