Unhappy Winchester Stock Cartouche on GB.

There is a Winchester M1icon for sale on Gunbroker. I'm thinking of bidding on it, but I'm a little skeptical on the originality of the Stock Cartouche. He says its been sanded, but only the top left corner of the cartouche appears to be. Can anyone take a look, and tell me what they think? I know this is a re-build, and thats okay. I just want a legit stock if I buy it. Thanks in advance. I hope I put the link in right.

The stocks looks ok from what I see the twisted looking cannons are not uncommon to see. Hope this helps. Rick Bicon
