Thumbs down Another 1903A4 Fraud from the same Gunbroker seller last Jan 2014

    http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=406038914
The above link points to another current 1903A4 fraud on GB from the same seller that another 1903A4 was reviewed and assessed by the Milsurps review panel as a fraud in the link below.

    https://www.milsurps.com/showthread.php?t=47218&page=5

This new fraud appears to be a recovered drill receiver with the same custom A4 laser etchings and fake stock stamps of the last. These are not as good pictures as the last time, but I can tell.

The FFL seller PatriotPawnandGun makes no claims other than its a 1903A4 which I believe is the major fraud. He is either buying them from somebody who is working overtime creating frauds, or he is doing them himself.

(As a real A4 owner this burns me up! ..............Direct link to the first fraud on GB http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...=388691781#PIC

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Wow, A pathetic fake. What is sad is that someone has already bid. Laughable bolt job, receiver has been annealed for drilling and color changed. No parkerizing where front sight goes. Deep fake stamps on stock. We could go on and on. I am amazed that people bidding on these are so uninformed. Salt Flat

The pics are inadequate for any A4 from any seller IMO.

Has anyone notified Gunbroker or even the Feds? Gunbroker should as least check out the concerns about these rifles. The Feds should jerk his FFL.

markings are faked...second rifle has been sold and likely returned 2 times...
i dont use GB, but if someone filed a complaint with them,,,likely nothing would come of it...
if someone lived in the sellers area. and contacted local PD. maybe it would be checked into...ATF would likely do nothing..

Also note the Terms: "AS IS - NO RETURNS" - That is the kiss of death IMO.
Plus only a total jackass would start an auction for a penny and put a reserve upwards of $1800. on the item.

I have posted another complaint with Gunbroker.com on this seller, I linked both these sales and my previous complaint.

Doubtful it will help, but it can't hurt!

I know a couple of other sellers on the auction forums that I avoid like the plague, too. For obvious reasons, I can't mention them.

You might well save some kid from being injured when an annealed receiver gives way. I filed a complaint with GB also. This nonsense needs to end.
