    AR Build

Well for those of you who saw my thread "Recommend me an optic," here is the almost finished build. It's a 5.56 Rock River. I ended up going with the Lucid HD7 and so far I'm highly impressed with it and loving it.
Still need to decide on what folding rear sight, and what foregrip I wanna use! Attachment 51839Attachment 51840Attachment 51841Attachment 51842

I had a long aluminum fore grip until I tried a short plastic one(Blackhawk) and found it to be superior. You don't need a long grip, you aren't depending on it for your hold on the rifle. Just a comfortable stable grip. Keeps the front lighter too. Love the optic too...

Go with a GG&G rear spring flip sight. They are very nice and have a solid lock-up.
