Definitely Brazilian, model of 1908.
Not very rare, not very expensive. One of my more recent purchases and I think I picked it up off ebay for about $45.

As Aragorn said, Brazilian M1908 and quite common on the collector's market.

Thanks for clearing that one up for me. I had gravitated towards Italy due to the leather scabbard. That is what I will list it as. Again thanks for taking the time to reply. Appreciate it.

this is not cut down, not sure why you thought it was the fullers stop well before the tip, in a cut down they will run right through the point, also the quillion shape is completely wrong for the Italian 1870/71's.
