Is this a ZB-39 mag loader??

RARE WWII Original German Relic Part Bren Magazine Loader Filler | eBay

ZB-39 mag loader??? Several subtle differences showing here from most Bren mag loaders I have seen before. Markings, too.

Seller is located in BULGARIA, land of the ZB-39, so I'm more inclined to think this is, in fact, a -39 mag loader?? Comments??

Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. It is a ZB39 loader but I think it's a little expensive and it's been on for a while, there's been a load from this seller. The following serial numbers are mostly from him.
