Soviet Mosin Refurb facility marks identified....

I'm surprised this hasn't been brought up here already. It seems a gentleman in Russiaicon has put in a lot of time/effort and found out what some of the previously 'just another identified refurb mark' mean..

This has blown away some of the 'theories' that were out there - especially the DDR connection...

These marks were also used on SKS and SVT of course.

Atleast the "DDR" mosins didnt bring too much of a premium. Most people who bought them for that mark shouldnt be out much.

GRAU facilities refurbed everything from handguns to artillery pieces.

Not all of the symbols listed above will be (or have been) found on Mosins etc.
